Comprehensive OT Services for Neurological & Physical Conditions
Nicole provides a range of Occupational Therapy services to support individuals in building functional capacity, independence, and quality of life.
Services Include:
Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Assessment
Observing and evaluating daily task performance to identify areas for support and potential for capacity building.
Functional Capacity Assessment
Assessment of physical and cognitive abilities as well as observations of functional task performance to guide recommendations including home supports, therapy services, assistive technology and home modifications.
Occupational Therapy Driver Assessment
Evaluation and support for returning to driving and strategies to enable safe and effective driving including vehicle modifications and assistive technology.
Neurological Assessment & Intervention
Includes upper limb, visual, and cognitive assessments, along with rehabilitation planning and implementation of tailored therapy programs to maximise participation in valued activities post stroke, TBI or other neurological diagnosis.
Goal orientated capacity building
Implementation of tailored therapy and capacity building programs to maximise participation in valued activities for individuals with neurological, neurodevelopmental and physical conditions.
Medicolegal Report Writing
Thorough assessment as an independent assessor with expertise in comprehensive assessment, paired with evidence based recommendations outlined clearly in a comprehensive report.

Supporting Safe, Independent Driving and Community Access
Driving is a critical daily activity that enables access to the community and supports social, recreational, and vocational needs.
As a highly experienced Driver OT for 20 years, Nicole enjoys actively supporting individuals to achieve their driving goals.
Nicole is regularly involved in driving research, teaching, training and representation of OT in the transport, health and disability sectors. She enjoys translating research and evidence in to clinical practice and supporting other Driver OTs to build their confidence in working within this advanced scope of practice area.
Nicole offers clinical OT driver assessment services for individuals following medical suspension of their driver’s license, older adults looking to maintain their safe driving capacity and individuals with disabilities wanting to drive or increase their independence with community access.
Nicole can assist individuals with:
Returning to driving after a medical suspension, significant injury or illness or medical event including stroke, brain injury or amputation.
Maintaining driving independence with age-related or progressive conditions.
Identification of strategies to support safe driving including driver rehabilitation, vehicle modifications and assistive technology.
Assessment for wheelchair accessible vehicles to support community engagement.
Assessing safe driving capacity for individuals with disabilities wanting to obtain their Learner's Permit.
Assessment for suitability to return to motorbike, heavy vehicle or machinery driving following medical conditions.
Assessing potential to drive and safe driving capacity for individuals with disabilities wanting to obtain their Learner's Permit or those who have their permit but need support with learning to drive.
